SkillsMatch Partner
The SkillsMatch system involves recruitment companies providing real-time data on open positions, salaries offered, applications received, placements made and time-to-fill, to a central database.
Its purpose is to address the ICT industry’s skills shortage issue by measuring the supply and demand for ICT skills in the Australian labour force. ITCRA has agreed to collect data from its member companies relating to clients position requirements and successful candidates each time a placement is completed.

The Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) is the nation’s peak industry body for the technology sector. AIIA sets the strategic direction of the industry, influences public policy and provides members with productivity tools, advisory services and market intelligence to accelerate their business growth.
