Clicks runs a best practice Candidate Care Program designed to increase retention of contractors, create loyalty and to ensure we are the agency of choice for both our sourced contractors and those who have been sourced directly by our clients and need to be pay rolled through a third party organisation.
At Clicks we consider our contractors a part of our family and they are treated much like Clicks staff. As our Contractor’s employer, we undertake the following:
- Ensure they understand the conditions of each assignment offered
- Undertake a thorough and dedicated, one-on-one sign-up session, which provides them with a valuable opportunity to raise any questions or concerns before commencing employment
- Provide support and guidance during their assignments
- Take the time to contact them on a regular basis so that we maintain a strong relationship and are there to assist them along the way
- Finding them ongoing work which suits both their lifestyle and goals
- Pay on time, every time
- All Contractors are assigned to a dedicated Contractor Care Manager, who is responsible for managing the contractor through-out the duration of their assignment.
